The Vision Module allows the visualisation in real-time of the data device and its
control. Depending on the complessity and on its use, the interface of the user can be realized in
PC Client/Control room version, in smart version Web, Web for Mobile,
and also in App version for mobile (Android, Windows Phone, iPhone).
All the users are connected to the central server that keeps refresh the situation of the device. There is no limit about the number of the users that can be connect, but it is possible to controll the level of access and the operations throughout the module of users authentication of the server.
The interface for the users is built throughout board, symbols, synoptic, maps, summary pages, tabels and diagrams. Depending on the requirements can be considered the oppurtunity to set up the front-end where the user can view and check the device, and of back-end to set up the parameters of configuration and setting of operation.
The SQL Module allows the registration and the archiving of the all data of the devices in a database.
The data collection, like temperature, levels, mode of operation, powers, consumption, data logger, etc., they are
saved in a centralized database, protect, sure and safe. The server in complete autonomy monitors the regulated device
and records the operation 24/24h.
The data collection can be visualized through tables and diagrams of historical events, or used for statistical summary functions and periodical reports. It is possible, for instance, to monitor the operation time of a device, or to analyse the problems more frequent in a production line batch or to confirm in the future the operation of the device. The SQL Module permits the functionality of backup recovery and of prediction.
Backup recovery: the server in background and periodically confirms and does the backup of the all devices configuration, it makes available to reactivate the mode of operation of the device in the future in particular situation.
Predict: through the data registration of the functionality and the statistics analysis of the events, it is possible to predict situations that can be repeated, for instance after a periodical trend or in conjunction with specific causes.
The Alarm Module measures and notifies the alarms present in the devices by email and SMS. The notifications can be send to anyone, at any time and for any reason. We study and personalize the "pipeline" that creates the most appropriate signal according to the logic and divides the alarms depending on severity and level.
The module manages the notification groups, shared the operators through typology (for instance maintenance workers, supervisors, installers, etc.) so that notifications are sent to people really interested in the issue.
The system notifications sends e-mail through our standard mail server SMTP or it is possible to use company mail server, so the recipients recognize immediately the sender. You can also use mail server certified to be safe and non-repudiation of the notification.
Another simple method, direct, fast and effective to reach the operators is the system of SMS that are send by modem to centralize systems or by an Internet provider.
The Connection Modules is the base module that lets the connectivity of the device with the server. It manages the comunications
exploiting the Internet network, through infrastructure more suitable to use: modem GPRS for the devices present in the territory
and not otherwise reachable, router/switch ADSL network, optical fibre, LAN or more protocols TCP/IP.
The module establishes private and permanent connections (VPN) between server and devices, ensure safety and data protection.
In addition to the connectivity, the server manages the requests scheduled and that came from the users, such as the periodic monitoring of the device diagnostics, the programme change of operation or other possible scenarios.
